Sustainability reports

  • Outlines how the hotel will make its operations more sustainable and its performance.

  • Shows key objectives, materiality analysis, historical information, metrics, ESG goals, etc.

  • Must include the three ESG components

    1. Environmental (e.g., energy-efficient lighting, water-saving programs, and waste reduction)

    2. Social (e.g., contribution to the local community, its employment practices, and its efforts to promote diversity and inclusion)

    3. Governance (e.g., sustainability policies and procedures, training programs for staff, and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and address any issues)

  • Reports on standardized frameworks such as SASB, GRI, TCFD, SDG

  • Usually verified by a third party.


Our report

  • The CFT report will be a comprehensive way to communicate sustainability efforts.

  • The CFT report will include a list and description of all the sustainability actions the hotel is pursuing. Each action will be presented with specific metrics and focused on the hotel's operational part.

  • Our report emphasizes stakeholder engagement with sustainability practices, including community and guest engagement.

  • Our report will be framed around the UN SDGs, focusing on Goal 13: Climate Action.

  • Our report will be preliminary to future reporting in the standardized frameworks.
